Why these numbers
Hosting, database, auth, and email cost money even when you have few schools. At about 3–5 Studio customers, the platform covers a normal month. We keep prices low so a small school isn't paying Mindbody money for a timetable and booking page.
What you keep
Class and trial fees go to your Stripe account. LearnGrid does not skim bookings at launch. Stripe's normal card fees still apply on their side.

Choose a yearly (12-month) plan and we'll come onsite in Greater Melbourne to get you live: account setup, timetable or sessions, Stripe Connect, your public booking page, and a short staff walkthrough. Same offer for LearnGrid schools— remote screen-share onboarding if you're outside Melbourne metro.

- How does the free trial work?
- Sign up, confirm your email, and use School features for 14 days. After the trial we activate your chosen plan. Early customers are invoiced clearly before any charge — no surprise card billing.
- Do you take a cut of parent or client payments?
- LearnGrid takes 0% platform fee on school bookings at launch. Stripe card fees still apply. Payments go to your connected Stripe account.
- Who is this priced for?
- Small Australian swim, dance, language, and tutoring schools. Plans are sized by active students, locations, and staff logins — not enterprise leisure centres.
- How do the size tiers work?
- Starter fits tiny ops (40 students, 1 location, 2 staff). Studio is the usual school size (150 students, 2 locations, 10 staff). School is for multi-site or larger teams with unlimited fair-use headroom. If you outgrow a tier, move up — we don’t charge per booking.
- What do I need before I can take paid bookings?
- Your own Stripe account connected in Settings. Payments go to you. Until Stripe is connected you can still set up classes, staff, and your public booking page.
- Do you offer Melbourne onsite setup?
- Yes — Greater Melbourne businesses on a 12-month (yearly) plan can request onsite onboarding: setup, Stripe, booking page, and staff walkthrough. Outside Melbourne we do remote onboarding.
