Why these numbers
Hosting, database, auth, and email cost money even when you have few schools. At about 3–5 Studio customers, the platform covers a normal month. We keep prices low so a small school isn't paying Mindbody money for a timetable and booking page.
What you keep
Class and trial fees go to yourStripe account. LearnGrid does not skim bookings at launch. Stripe's normal card fees still apply on their side.
*Fair use on School plan. Prices in AUD, GST to be added when subscription billing goes live. TrainGrid (personal trainers) uses the same plans.

Onsite onboarding on a 12-month plan
Choose a yearly (12-month) plan and we'll come onsite in Greater Melbourne to get you live: account setup, timetable or sessions, Stripe Connect, your public booking page, and a short staff walkthrough. Same offer for LearnGrid schools— remote screen-share onboarding if you're outside Melbourne metro.

- LearnGrid takes 0% platform fee on school bookings at launch. Stripe card fees still apply. TrainGrid may use a configured booking take-rate per studio.
- Who is this priced for?
- Small Australian swim, dance, language, tutoring schools (LearnGrid) and personal trainers / small studios (TrainGrid) — not enterprise leisure centres.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — start from signup. Intended trial is 14 days on Studio features.
- Do you offer Melbourne onsite setup?
- Yes — Greater Melbourne businesses on a 12-month (yearly) plan can request onsite onboarding: setup, Stripe, booking page, and staff walkthrough. Outside Melbourne we do remote onboarding.
